All orders must be placed before 1pm. Delivered Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays)

 Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, over the weekend or on public holidays will be despatched the following working day.

Return Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 14 days of receipt you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction.

All jewellery must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your completed returns note.

• Your name and address
• The order number and order date

Customisable items such as engraved jewellery are not refundable.

Earrings cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.
